Interview & Global Communication

Oluwatosin Sanni

Age:

Since Jan 2026, I’ve volunteered with International Humanity Foundation as a Quarter-Time GLD. I interview applicants, manage the active members spreadsheet and attendance, support the Interview Practice Team, train with the Write & Edit Team, and post roles to attract new volunteers, helping keep teams organised and effective.

Favorite Memory from IHF

One of my favourite moments at International Humanity Foundation has been seeing how the work connects to the children in the centres. Even as a new volunteer, it’s meaningful to know that every role directly supports their education and daily lives.

A Fun Fact About Yourself

I’m a total completionist; whether it’s a movie trilogy or a big project, I’m wired to go all the way. “Half-done” just isn’t in my vocabulary. Once I start, I’m in until the very last scene.

Favorite Memory from IHF

My favorite memory from my time volunteering at IHF is working with a team that is both kind and professional. My team lead and members are always supportive and willing to help whenever I face challenges. I am very grateful to be part of IHF.

A Fun Fact About Yourself

A fun fact about me is that I have a big dream to make the world a better place, especially for children and those in need.

During my time at IHF, I have aimed to support the team by helping applications move forward on time and ensuring candidates receive timely communication. As our team has operated with limited capacity, I try to remain proactive and step in where support is needed, while following the guidance of our team lead and established processes.

Working in this role has allowed me to contribute to creating a more organized and supportive recruitment experience for both the team and incoming volunteers, and to support IHF’s mission through consistent and reliable teamwork.

Age: 21

I have been at IHF for over a year. I interact with all the members in the team. To help the team, I come up with new ideas to benefit IHF. For example making an excel sheet, of all our tasks; making a detailed checklist of trainings; completing co-lead responsibilities when they are busy. MoU is a fast spaced environment, so we need to be a team:)
