GOOT Team

General Online Outreach Task Team (GOOTT) is IHF’s driving wheel. We post volunteer adverts through different websites to reach out to different people and groups wishing to volunteer with IHF based at one of the centers or from home.

UniOOTT gathers popular volunteer and Intern posting sites for Universities around the world. They post on the Sites and keep updated.

The First Response Team plays a crucial role as the initial step in the International Humanity Foundation’s (IHF) recruitment process. Our team is responsible for reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the first stage of their journey with IHF.

The Interview Management Team plays a key role in welcoming new members to IHF. We organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for applicants while helping IHF select the best candidates.

The Volunteer Interview Process Team is dedicated to making the volunteer onboarding experience seamless and efficient. When someone expresses interest in volunteering with IHF, they first have an informal, friendly interview with a team lead from their area of interest. After this initial interview, our team steps in to ensure a smooth and structured follow-up process.

Our mission is to streamline communication, confirm key details, and help volunteers integrate smoothly into IHF’s programs, setting them up for success. We then take over the process from the Day After the interview, ensuring the follow-up happens within 24-48 hours. This follow-up confirms key details, like how much time they can contribute, so everyone is on the same page and ready to start on the right foot.

The International Humanity Foundation’s (IHF) Reference Team plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of applicants’ credentials by conducting thorough background checks and verifying CV information.

The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) Team is a legal team within the Human Resources (HR) division of the International Humanity Foundation (IHF). The team’s primary role is to manage and process MOUs, which are non-binding agreements outlining the broad terms and conditions between IHF and volunteer applicants.
